What are STEM Success Factors
STEM Resilience is an individual's ability to persevere, adapt, and overcome challenges or setbacks pursing STEM degrees.
STEM Identity is a student’s sense of belonging, connection, and identification with STEM fields. It encompasses a student’s perception of themselves as someone who can engage with and succeed in STEM activities, studies, or careers.
STEM Competence is a student’s level of knowledge, skills, and proficiency in STEM fields. It involves the ability to understand, apply, and utilize STEM concepts effectively in various contexts. STEM competence is measured by a person's mastery of specific STEM skills and their capacity to solve problems, analyze data, and engage in critical thinking within the STEM disciplines.
